Prices & Rooms

Variety is the spice of life.

Each of our 16 new and lovingly renovated rooms are sized differently and offered at different prices. You can gaze out over the turquoise blue of the lake, enjoy a view of our garden, lawn, and dock, or overlook the mountains, forests, and meadows of the adjacent Nature Park.

The Gralhof is open from December 26, 2018 to February 24, 2019 and from May 9 to October 20, 2019.

For 2019 the rates range from € 115 to € 171, depending on the type of room.

All rates include half-board (breakfast, dinner, and the Gralhof service package) per person per night. Discover more about our organic cuisine here. Because the Gralhof can only be booked directly, you’ve come to the right place to find the best prices.

Discounts and Surcharges

We offer a reduced rate for children under 14 years of age who share their parents’ room, and children up to three years old are welcome to stay with us free of charge. We are happy to provide you with a crib.

Children 4–6 years: € 48.
Children 7–14 years: € 78.

There is a € 45 per night surcharge for a double room booked as a single room.

For stays under three nights, there is a short-term-stay surcharge of € 16 per room.

The local tourism tax and nature park tax — totalling € 4.80 per person per day — will be added to the room price.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the Gralhof.

Terms and Conditions

Your room will be ready for you by 1:00 pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier so you can enjoy the property while your room is being prepared. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out by 10:00 am. Standard room rates apply in case of late arrival or early departure. Please note that your reservation is valid only once you have received written confirmation from the Gralhof, including payment details.

Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the full cost of your stay // of the cost of the first night’s stay. From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the full cost of your stay // of the cost of the first night’s stay. In case of cancellation less than a week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the full cost of your stay. In case things don’t work out as planned — which happens sometimes — we want to save you annoyance and financial disadvantage by offering additional guest insurance. As a special travel service, we offer the Hotel Cancellation Plus travel insurance by the European Travel and Cancellation Insurance company. Additional information can be found here.

All of our rooms feature a balcony, oiled larch floors, and handmade larch furniture tailor-made for the Gralhof. Many rooms also have picture windows, wide sliding glass doors, and large skylights with sky views.

Standard features include satellite TV, hairdryer, shower/bath, and en suite toilet. A sound system for mobile phones is available in every room. In addition, Grander water flows from all Gralhof taps.

With us, you book more than just a room.

At the Gralhof, you can enjoy our 3,000 m² of private beach with a dock and private boathouse directly in front of the house.

In our sauna, complete with terrace and wonderful lake view, you will discover an extra dose of peace, relaxation, and the perfect way to cool off after the hot sauna any season of the year: jumping straight into the refreshing lake. We are pleased to offer guests a sauna basket, complete with bathrobe and sauna towels, as well as the finest organic teas from Sonnentor, at no extra charge.

To make sure our youngest guests feel right at home, we also offer family rooms with separate bedrooms and cribs. Parents can enjoy their evenings knowing that our parlor is within baby-monitor range of all guest rooms. There is a playroom in the main house as well as a playground in the garden.

Take a vacation from your car and enjoy the stable of Gralhof bicycles always at your disposal. Many of our guests travel by train to reduce their environmental impact, and we are happy to pick you up at the station at no extra charge. The Nature Park bus leaves every half-hour from the front door of the Gralhof, providing complimentary access to any location in the region.

Use our wooden toboggans for some downhill fun from the Naggler Alm — but only in winter! In summer, purchase tickets for the Weissensee cable car so you can enjoy riding up and down as often as you like.

The Weissensee Mobile Pass — free of charge for our guests — includes guided hikes, ranger-led tours of the Nature Park, and many more opportunities to stay active outdoors during your holiday.
