In the warm season of the year the day starts with a delicious breakfast at the large garden terrasse underneath the pear tree. Our homemade bread also tastes great in the cold seasons in the cosy living room indoors. For all long sleepers we serve breakfast until 10.30 am. Exlusively organic and „Fair Trade“ products, we gladly serve homemade cake, ice cream and coffee, traditional carinthian snack „Brettljause“ as well as other refreshments.
half board includes a full course dinner (4 courses), starting at 6.30 pm, which is also available as vegetarian version. No matter if fresh herbs from our garden, fish out of Lake Weissensee, Deer hunted by our family’s men, calf- and beef meat of our own farm or organic cheese from the alps of a region called Gailtal – each product is selected and handled carefully in our kitchen.
